Prior to becoming Realtors, Carmen was a commercial printer for 20 years and Velta worked in the health care industry for the same amount of time. In their leisure time, Velta and Carmen enjoy all outdoor activities including canoeing, and camping, going on archeological digs, gardening, bicycling, and commuting to appointments and traveling the countryside on Carmen's BMW motorcycle.
Before moving to Rockford 15 years ago, Carmen was a resident of the Chicago suburbs which gives him the advantage of knowing the geography, economics and real estate market of the Chicagoland area. Having been raised and then raising her own family in Rockford, Velta also has a very good familiarity with the neighborhoods, school systems, cultural attractions and history of this city and its surrounding areas.
